Refund Policy

Any product or service or both once purchased cannot be cancelled. Refund will not be provided to the user, once it is earned by the company, because of the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done, which is not returnable. So basically, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted. In short, further, we can’t refund any money which is paid to government bodies such as filing fees or taxes, domain & server’s charges, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.

Refunds are only applicable to customers who have engaged with our paid services within the last 30 days. We understand that the need for a refund might arise for a variety of reasons, and we have defined two specific conditions in which we offer refunds:

1. If there has been a duplicate payment in error.

2. If the service’s provided by myvakel, that are inaccurate with the provided data or information’s or document’s. For refund you should give complete set of documentation of the data provided in connection with the service’s provided which shows the inaccuracy of service’s provided by myvakel. Refund amount shall be issued after deducting all such expenses and cost incurred by myvakel.

The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your initial service purchase.
